Nonna vs Food Crimes · Effective date: October 24, 2026

1. In short

Nonna vs Food Crimes ("the Game"), published by Later Night Lab, is a single-player game. The Game does not ask you to create an account, does not collect your name, email address or any other personal information, and does not send your data to us or to anyone else.

2. What stays on your device

To remember your progress, the Game saves a small file on your own device. It contains:

This file never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Game or by deleting the Game's save folder.

3. Advertising, analytics and tracking

The Windows / Microsoft Store version of the Game contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases. It does not use cookies.

4. Online versions

When the Game is played in a browser on a third-party portal (for example CrazyGames, Y8 or itch.io), the portal provides its own services such as accounts, saving, leaderboards and advertising. Those services are governed by the privacy policy of that portal, not by this one.

5. Children

The Game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no chat, no user-generated content and no links that take players away from the Game.

6. Changes to this policy

If the Game ever starts to collect data (for example if online features are added), this page will be updated before that happens and the effective date above will change.
